Terms of Service

Last updated 18 October 2026

These terms are a contract between you and Krunc ("we", "us") for the use of https://krunc.com, the dashboard, the public API, the FiveM resource, the ingest relay, the sponsor portal and everything else we provide (together, the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a company or community, you confirm you may bind it to these terms.

1. Who can use the service

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your country requires it. Some communities and products require age verification; you must not try to bypass it.
  • You must give accurate account details and keep your password and two-factor codes private. You are responsible for everything done through your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
  • We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that break these terms, create risk for other users or for us, or have been inactive for a long time.

2. Workspaces, members and roles

A creator, community or business that sets up a workspace is the "workspace owner". Owners control their workspace's profiles, communities, stores, servers, staff roles, API keys and connected accounts, and are responsible for what their staff do inside it. Members who join a community, buy from a store or play on a connected server deal with that workspace; we provide the tools but we are not a party to the relationship between a workspace and its members unless a clause below says otherwise.

3. Your content

  • You keep ownership of everything you upload or create: posts, media, bios, products, blog articles, creatives, stream video.
  • You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, transcode and display that content, and to send it to the platforms and people you direct us to, for as long as it stays on the service. This is only so we can run the service; we do not sell your content or use it to train AI models.
  • You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, including music, logos, game footage and other people's likenesses, and that it does not break the rules of any platform it is sent to.
  • Public profiles, community pages, server pages, stores and blog posts are public and may be indexed by search engines.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

  • post or sell anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else's rights;
  • harass, threaten, dox or discriminate against anyone, or share sexual content involving minors in any form;
  • spam, run engagement fraud, buy or sell fake followers or views, or publish content that breaks the rules of the platform it is published to;
  • sell game items, accounts or services that break a game publisher's terms, including anything that gives unfair advantage on a server that forbids it;
  • track individual players beyond what they have opted in to, or try to de-anonymise zone counts;
  • scrape the service, probe or overload it, share API keys or ingest keys, or attempt to access another workspace's data;
  • upload malware or interfere with other users' servers, overlays or streams.

Anyone signed in can report a profile, post, community, user or server. Workspace moderators handle reports for their own workspace and may ban users from a community or the whole workspace. We may remove content, suspend accounts or ban users platform-wide where we judge it necessary. We will tell you why unless the law prevents it or doing so would put someone at risk.

5. Connected platforms

Connecting Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Discord, X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn or any other platform means you authorise us to act on your behalf there within the permissions you granted. Each platform's own terms apply to what you publish through us. Some platform features require the platform's approval of our app, a business account or a paid tier; where that is not in place the feature is disabled and we say so. We are not responsible when a platform rejects, delays or removes a post, revokes a token, changes an API or suspends your account, but we will show you what happened and let you retry.

6. Live streaming and ingest

  • The ingest relay forwards your stream to the destinations you choose. It does not record. It runs on shared capacity with a limit on concurrent streams; a session may be refused when the limit is reached.
  • The relay is provided as-is for the stream itself. We are not liable for dropped frames, disconnections or a destination refusing the feed. Keep your own direct-to-platform setup available for anything that matters.
  • You are responsible for the content you stream, for complying with each destination's rules, and for any rights to music or footage in it.
  • Ingest keys identify you; keep them secret and rotate them if they leak.

7. Stores, purchases and delivery

For buyers. Products are sold by the workspace, not by Krunc. Prices, descriptions and what a perk gives you are set by the workspace. Payment is taken by Stripe. A purchase is only complete when Stripe confirms it, after which your perk is delivered to Discord, the game server or your account automatically; if your Discord or game account is not linked yet, delivery waits until it is. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can manage cards and cancel in the Stripe customer portal linked from your account.

Refunds. Refund decisions belong to the workspace that sold you the product, subject to your local consumer law. A refund or chargeback revokes the perk. If you believe a workspace is acting unfairly, contact us and we will look into it.

For workspaces. You are the merchant of record for your store. You must describe products honestly, deliver what you sold, handle refunds and chargebacks, comply with tax law and with Stripe's terms, and never sell anything that breaks a game publisher's or platform's rules. Chargeback and dispute fees are deducted from you. We may hold or reverse funds, pause a store or close a workspace where we see fraud or repeated disputes.

8. Plans, fees and billing

  • Plan prices, limits and the transaction fee for each plan are shown on the pricing page. The fee applies on top of Stripe's processing fee and is shown on each order.
  • Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can change or cancel at any time; limits change immediately, and nothing you created is deleted when you downgrade, though you may not be able to add more until you are within the new limits.
  • AI features are metered in credits per the plan allowance; usage beyond the allowance is refused, not charged.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.
  • Plan fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.

9. Sponsors, advertisers and payouts

  • Advertisers fund campaigns by topping up a wallet through Stripe. Top-ups are drawn down by impressions at the agreed rate and are not refundable once spent; unspent balance is refundable on request less any processing fees.
  • Creatives must be lawful, truthful, suitable for the audience and marked as sponsored. The workspace approves creatives before they run and may reject or stop any campaign. Impressions are counted server-side from the live viewer count; our count is final absent a demonstrable error.
  • Creators choose which campaigns to accept and earn at the rate shown on the offer. Earnings are paid through Stripe Connect or recorded manually by the workspace. You are responsible for tax on what you earn. We may withhold or reverse a payout where impressions were inflated, a top-up was refunded or disputed, or the law requires it.
  • Workspace balances from wallet-funded campaigns are paid out by the platform in the same way.

10. Game servers and the FiveM resource

  • You may install the Krunc resource on servers you run. It is provided under the licence in its package and reports only what the Privacy Policy describes. Do not modify it to send raw player positions unless you have enabled the admin map and told your players.
  • You are responsible for telling your players what is collected, for honouring their privacy settings, and for the perks you sell being deliverable on your server.
  • Server API keys are secrets. Rotate a key immediately if it leaks; anything sent with a valid key is treated as coming from you.
  • Game publishers have their own rules for monetisation. You must comply with them; we may disable a server or store that does not.

11. AI features

AI features generate drafts from your prompt and the platform data you point them at. Review everything before you publish, price or send it: generated text can be wrong and generated images can resemble existing work. You are responsible for what you publish. We do not claim ownership of AI output, but we cannot guarantee it is unique or free of third-party rights. Do not use the AI to generate content that breaks section 4.

12. API, webhooks and automations

API keys are scoped to one workspace and must be kept secret. Rate limits apply and may change. Outbound webhooks are signed and retried; verify the signature before acting on one. Automations run the actions you configure; you are responsible for what they post and for loops or spam they would cause. We may throttle or disable a key, webhook or automation that harms the service or other users.

13. Our rights in the service

The service, its code, design, name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights in them except to use the service as described. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you.

14. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service up and backed up, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, add or remove features, and we may stop the service altogether with at least 60 days' notice, during which you can export your data. Beta or labelled-experimental features may change or disappear without notice.

15. Ending the agreement

  • You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Your data is handled as the Privacy Policy describes.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for a serious or repeated breach, legal risk, non-payment, or at the request of a payment provider or authority. Otherwise we will give you reasonable notice.
  • Ending the agreement does not cancel orders already placed, fees already due, or payouts already earned, and sections 3 (for content still being delivered), 7, 9, 16, 17 and 18 continue to apply.

16. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that any platform, payment provider, game publisher or AI provider will keep working with the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost data, lost followers or lost reputation, however caused. Our total liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period or USD 100. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

18. Indemnity

If you are a workspace owner, advertiser or a business user, you will defend and compensate us against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your products, your campaigns, your servers, or your breach of these terms or of a third party's rights.

19. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Krunc is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law and courts of their home country. Before going to court, contact us and we will try to resolve the matter with you within 30 days.

20. General

  • These terms, the Privacy Policy and any plan or sponsor agreement you accept in the dashboard are the whole agreement between us.
  • If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a clause once does not waive it.
  • You may not transfer this agreement; we may transfer it to a successor of the business under the same terms.
  • We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and notify account holders of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
  • Notices to you go to the email on your account. Notices to us go through the contact form.
